Who Writes Our Content
Content on this site is written and reviewed by the technicians who work on homes across King and Snohomish counties every day. Sergei Petrov, Marcus Reed, Danil Sokolov, and Alina Kovalenko draw on field experience with furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and electrical panels in Seattle-area homes to check that our articles and service pages reflect what actually happens on a job site, not generic advice copied from elsewhere. Before anything publishes, at least one of these technicians reviews it for accuracy against local code practices and typical conditions in older Seattle housing stock and newer construction in Snohomish County.
How We Source Pricing Information
Price ranges shown on this site come from two sources: completed job invoices from SPS Pro Services work performed since 2017, and regional market data for HVAC and electrical labor and materials in the Puget Sound area. We do not pull numbers from national averages or unrelated markets, since costs in Seattle differ from other regions due to labor rates, permitting requirements, and equipment sizing for our climate. Pricing was last reviewed and updated in July 2026. All figures are presented as estimates only, framed as ranges such as most jobs land between a low and high figure, because actual cost depends on home age, existing wiring or ductwork condition, and equipment access.
Review and Update Schedule
Service pages and pricing content are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a full pass at least once a year to reflect current material costs, equipment availability, and any changes in how PSE or Snohomish County PUD structure rebates for heat pump or electrical upgrades. If a page has not been reviewed recently, the technician who last checked it is listed where practical so homeowners know the content reflects real field work rather than outdated assumptions.
Corrections Policy
If you spot outdated pricing, an inaccurate description of a service, or an error in how we describe a system or process, contact us at (206) 427-8907 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and we will look into it. Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as the responsible technician can verify the accurate information, typically within a few business days. We do not remove accurate but unflattering information, and we do not backdate corrections to make it appear content was always accurate.
